French Tea Sandwiches – Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 hard-baked or boiled eggs, cooled and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Dill Aioli
  • 1 Tablespoon Bordeaux Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted garlic and Chive Herb Blend
  • 2 tablespoons juice of 1 lemon

 

Instructions

  1. Prep cooked, peeled eggs for salad by placing them in a small bowl
  2. With the masher, smash the eggs  into slightly fine pieces
  3. Add all ingredients and mix with the whisk
  4. Spread the mixture on bread and place a layer of lettuce or spinach on top. Then, add another piece of bread to complete the sandwich.
  5. Cut into mini pieces and serve immediately.
