A quick and delicious hummus with six ingredients is the perfect blend of creamy, tangy, and savory. Made with wholesome ingredients, it’s ideal for dipping, spreading, or adding to your favorite dishes.

Ingredients

  • Two 15-ounce cans of garbanzo beans
  • 2 tablespoons FRENCH PANTRY cilantro oil
  • 4 tablespoons FRENCH PANTRY traditional white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water as needed for consistency

 

Instructions

  1. Drain and wash garbanzo beans in a colander.
  2. Place blade in Eco Chop, add garbanzo beans until 3/4 of the way full, place the top on, and pull until the desired chop is met.
  3. Continue until all beans are chopped to a smooth consistency.
  4. Add cilantro oil, vinegar, lemon juice, cumin, yogurt, salt, and pepper. Chop until smooth.
  5. Add additional salt and pepper to taste, according to your preferred hummus flavor.
  6. Garnish with FRENCH PANTRY Roasted Garlic and Chive Herb Blend.

BONTIP: Hummus with six ingredients is very smooth when using the eco-chop. If you’d like your Hummus a little more creamy and entirely consistent, add a little water by the teaspoon until you find the Hummus perfect and creamy the way you prefer.
