Ingredients
- 3 eggs, room temperature
- 1 ½ cup milk, room temperature
- 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ¼ tsp Sel Gris Sea Salt
- 1 ½ tablespoon of melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 °F.
- Place the Classic Muffin Tray on Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Whisk together the flour, salt, eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth. The batter will be thin.
- Fill the Classic Muffin Tray less than half full.
- Turn oven temperature down to 360 °F and bake for exactly 30 minutes. Do not peek, or they will deflate.
- Remove from oven and cool.
