Ingredients

  • 1½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mashed bananas.
  3. Mix dry ingredients and combine. Fold in walnuts.
  4. Pour into loaf mold and bake 50–55 minutes.
