Ingredients

  1. Tartlet shells or puff pastry
  2. Roasted peppers (sliced)
  3. Fresh mozzarella balls (halved)
  4. Capers
  5. Fresh basil
  6. French Pantry Basil Oil
  7. French Pantry Tomato Herb Mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and pre-bake tartlet shells for 8 minutes.
  2. Reduce oven to 375°F.
  3. Layer roasted peppers in tartlet shell.
  4. Add mozzarella and a few capers.
  5. Drizzle with Basil Oil and Tomato Mustard Vinegar.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil
