Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Press the lime in the Citrus Press to extract the fresh juice.
  2. Add the coconut water and spinach to the Eco Chop container.
  3. Pump until the spinach is blended into the coconut water and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Add the mango, pineapple, banana, and lime juice.
  5. Pump until the smoothie is silky, bright, and fully blended.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness, if needed.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with a small piece of fresh mango if desired.

Optional Upgrades:

  • Creamier: Add 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt.
  • Herb Bloom: Add 3 fresh mint leaves.
  • Extra Tropical: Swap part of the coconut water for a splash of coconut milk.
