Ingredients

  • 1 cup filtered cold water
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach, packed
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 green apple, chopped
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 small handful fresh flat-leaf parsley, about 6-8 sprigs
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Use the Mini Chopper to finely chop the fresh parsley.
  2. Press the lemon in the Citrus Press to extract the fresh juice.
  3. Use the Eco Chop to chop the apple and cucumber into even pieces.
  4. Add the water, spinach, parsley, and cucumber to the Eco Chop container.
  5. Pump 20-25 times, or until the mixture is smooth and fragrant.
  6. Add the apple, banana, and lemon juice.
  7. Continue pumping until the smoothie is completely smooth.
  8. Serve immediately over ice.
