Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of chicken tenders
  • 2 tablespoons Sel Gris Salt
  • 2 tablespoons FRENCH PANTRY Chicken Herb Blend
  • 1/2 cup FRENCH PANTRY Herbs de Provence Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon FRENCH PANTRY Rosemary Basil Thyme Herb Blend
  • 2 tablespoon FRENCH PANTRY Rosemary Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Tellicherry pepper
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the Rectangular Mold on a Perforated Baking Sheet.
  3. Whisk together salt, mustard, oil, herbs, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add chicken to coat evenly and place tenders into the Fleximat.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with lemon.
