Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of chicken tenders
  • 2 tablespoons Sel Gris Salt
  • 2 tablespoons FRENCH PANTRY Chicken Herb Blend
  • 1/2 cup FRENCH PANTRY Herbs de Provence Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon FRENCH PANTRY Rosemary Basil Thyme Herb Blend
  • 2 tablespoon FRENCH PANTRY Rosemary Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Tellicherry pepper
  • 1 lemon sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the Rectangular Mold on a Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
  3. Whisk together salt, mustard, oil, herbs, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add chicken to coat evenly and place thighs into the Rectangular Mold.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with lemon.
