  • Freshly cracked Vietnam black pepper, to taste

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place BONMAT on top of the Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.
  2.  Prepare Broccoli: Wash the broccoli florets and pat them dry. If desired, cut the stems to ensure even cooking.
  3. Season: In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4.  Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the seasoned broccoli in a single layer on your BONMAT, which should be placed on top of the perforated baking sheet.
  5. Roast: Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the broccoli is charred and crispy, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  6. Serve: Remove the broccoli from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
