Chilies Rellenos Bake

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ tablespoon salt
  • 2 drops red pepper sauce
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese or Pepper Jack, shredded
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cans (4 oz. each) chopped green chilies, undrained

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F and place oven rack in center position.
  2. Place your choice of Tray on Medium Perforated Baking Sheet and set aside.
    Beat eggs, sour cream salt and pepper sauce in a Stainless Mixing Bowl and Whisk.
  3. Stir in cheeses and chilis. Pour into wells.
  4. Bake uncovered about for 20-25 minutes or until center is set. Let it cool for 5
    minutes before unmolding.

bon TIP: Use ¼ cup measure to portion and fill well.
