Instructions

1. Prepare the Patties

  • In a bowl, gently mix the ground beef with French Pantry Red Wine Salt, French Pantry Madagascar Pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and shallots.
  • Form into six small slider patties, about 2.5–3 inches wide.
  • Press a small dimple in the center of each to prevent puffing.

2. Cook the Patties

  • Bake at medium-high heat, in a preheated oven at 375 degrees
  • Bake patties for 2–3 minutes per side for medium-rare, or for a longer time to your preferred doneness.
  • In the last minute, top each patty with cheese and cover to melt.

3. Toast the Buns

  • Lightly butter the inside of each brioche bun and toast in a skillet until golden.

4. Assemble the Sliders

  • Spread truffle mustard on the bottom bun.
  • Add arugula, then the cheesy beef patty.
  • Top with pickled red onions and a generous dollop of truffle aioli.
  • Add crispy pancetta or mushrooms if using.
