Mini Chocolate Bites

Ingredients

 

  • Melting Chocolate- squares, wafers, chocolate chips
  • Optional- Dried fruit, Nuts, Nut butter

Plant-based Chocolate option

  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • 2 T cocoa powder

 

 

Instructions

 

  1. Place Mini Cube tray on Perforated Baking Sheet
  2. Melt chocolate in the microwave using a Round mold in 30-second increments and stir. Alternatively, gently melt chocolate in a double boiler on the stove.
  3. Paint wells with melted chocolate using Pastry Brush. Add fruits, nuts, or nut butter to individual wells.
  4. Top with remaining chocolate.
  5. Freeze.
  6.  Pop chocolates out and enjoy.

 

Plant-based option– Add bananas and cocoa powder to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into filled wells and freeze.

Bon Tip– Consider using white chocolate, milk, and dark chocolate for different tastes.
