- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and place the oven rack in the center position. Place the 6 Round Trays on the Perforated baking Sheet.
- Place an egg in each shape. Add one tablespoon of gruyere cheese, basil leaves, and tomato to each, sprinkle with Roasted Garlic and Chive Herb Blend, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the eggs are thoroughly cooked to your preference.
BONTIP: We love to make these egg cups for breakfast on Sunday and freeze the leftovers in a freezer-safe container or wrap them for a quick personal breakfast on the run.
