Fresh Apple Crumble Bars

Ingredients

Crust & Crumble

  •  1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/3 cups oats
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon1
  • 1 cup cold butter, cubed or melted

Filling

  • 3 large or 4 medium apples, peeled & diced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix crust ingredients until crumbly. Press half into mold.
  3. Toss apples with lemon, sugar, and cornstarch. Spread over crust.
  4. Top with remaining crumble.
  5. Bake 40–45 min until golden. Cool and slice.
