Mini Tartlets – Sweet & Savory

Ingredients

Sweet Filling – Apple & Cinnamon:

  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Savory Filling – Butternut & Goat Cheese:

  • 1 cup roasted butternut squash, mashed
  • 2 oz goat cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare tartlet dough or use pre-made pastry. Cut and press into Mini Muffin Tray.
  3. For sweet: sauté apples with butter, sugar, and cinnamon until soft.
  4. For savory: mix squash with goat cheese, season.
  5. Fill tartlets and bake 15–18 minutes until golden. Optional add: Sausage and onions
