Why Our Kitchen Tools Are a Thanksgiving Game Changer
Serving up sides is what we do every day, and we’ve found that most people are looking for ways to prepare simply good food without spending forever cleaning up. That’s why solutions should come from the tools we use in the kitchen. Not only should each tool serve its purpose, but also, it should offer multiple uses—ultimately helping you save time. We keep that goal at the forefront of everything we design and source.

Next up, get ready to boost your quick wins in the kitchen with our incredible selection of kitchen tools! Our large round mold serves so many purposes that it is a complete Thanksgiving game changer—ideal for baking, roasting, steaming, or freezing. Whether you’re roasting chicken, baking a cake, preparing bread or a pizza bowl, or simply satisfying a craving for mac and cheese, this versatile mold can handle it all with ease.
In addition, meet the sidekick. The Octagonal BONMAT is another multi-use item. It fits perfectly on the mold and acts as a lid for steaming food in the microwave. The suction created between the mold and the BONMAT speeds up the steaming process, and the veggies turn out so good.
Moreover, it’s paired with our specially designed Cake Server Knife, which features a serrated or flat blade to cut through cakes perfectly—without damaging the mold. Say goodbye to crumbled edges and hello to perfectly sliced cakes.
To complete your toolkit, we’ve added the Stainless Steel Potato Masher. It’s the only one you’ll ever need—top quality, lightweight, and highly durable, making it easy to mash without requiring much strength.

recipe love
Today, our recipe love is all over our Thanksgiving Stuffing.
Imagine this: the blend of European and Native American recipes dating back to the 1621 harvest feast is still inspiring love and offering traditional comfort at Thanksgiving tables across America.
One of my family’s most cherished Thanksgiving recipes—which I always crave—is the simple stuffing my mother made. It wasn’t a long, drawn-out process or filled with gourmet ingredients. Instead, it used leftover bread and staple produce most people already have on hand. Even now, my family requests this dish every year. It’s not fancy—it’s simply made from the heart and reminds everyone of good food at home.
Best of all, the traditional base gives you room to make it your own. You can add dried cherries, cranberries, walnuts, or chestnuts for a savory-sweet delight. Whether you keep it classic or get creative, it’s perfect in any shape or size with our FORTEEZ molds. We especially love the ease of individual servings. For this recipe, we used the FORTEEZ Mini Loaf Tray for simply good portions. https://boncook.com/recipes/thanksgiving-sweet-and-savory-stuffing/
Pre-make Items
Many French dishes, like quiche and crêpes, can be prepared ahead of time and simply reheated before serving.
To stay stress-free, make what you can in advance and pre-prep everything else the night before. This way, you’re not scrambling on the day of your French Brunch.
Personally, one rule of thumb I follow is to never leave the house on the day of a gathering. It helps me stay focused, minimizes stress, and makes the event more enjoyable—for both me and my guests.
I usually begin prepping up to 7 days ahead. Definitely by 2 to 3 days before, I’ve already set the tablescape and pulled together all my settings. One great tip: use post-it notes to label each serving dish. This eliminates the last-minute scramble when it’s crunch time. When it comes to food, cook or bake ahead if the recipe allows. Remember—quality over quantity is the French way! The great news is, every recipe from our bonCOOK March 4th Taste The Trend Cooking Class Series can be made ahead—and they’re all French!

Set the Table Ahead
Set your table the night before to avoid last-minute rushing. Go ahead and arrange your flowers the evening before, too—they’ll open up overnight and look even more beautiful by brunch time.
For a small, intimate gathering with close friends, I love creating mini bouquets for each place setting. These make lovely take-home gifts for your guests. Roses work perfectly—they’re easy to find and stay fresh for days. Again, the French way is all about keeping it simple and elegant.

Customer Love
BONMAT has cut the time in half that it takes to bake cookies due to the size of the Large BONMAT. I can bake not 1 but 2 dozen cookies at a time, and they come out perfectly! Debbie Timmons
We were thrilled to receive this BONMAT review from Debbie Timmons! Thank you, Debbie! We designed the large BONMAT for that exact reason. Our design was the first in the market to allow home bakers to bake more and save time while using the same mat. We thought: Why bake 12 cookies when you can use the same mat to make 24? Happy Baking from our BONCOOK kitchen to yours!
